A healthy life (and 2021)
The best, and most healthy life, is reflective. It is focused on what is within, not on the things of this world.
When we lose our focus of what is going on, and should be going on, inside of us... that is when we get off track and tend to experience a variety of negative emotions, which lead to negative thoughts.
We need to remember nothing in this world is constant. Everything is fluid and changes.
Whereas, when we journey and reflect inward, we focus on what matters and what has meaning.
Focusing on the things of this world causes us to live an unbalanced and unhealthy life.
Journaling is the best way to journey inward and reflect and focus on what matters and has meaning. This leads to a healthy life.
We can control nothing, and no one, of this world.
The only thing we can control is our response to the things of this world. And how we do that is by turning inward and focusing and reflecting on what matters and has meaning. This is the healthy life.
