Morning stillness

The best way to begin the day is by taking some time to journal and prepare for the day ahead. 

Every day is a new beginning. 

Be still, with your journal, and greet your day with an open mind as you realize how the day is ripe with opportunity to live well, even as you do whatever is on the 2Do (To-do) List for this day. Take some time to count your blessings. Read a sacred text, pray, meditate, read an inspirational book, take several deep breaths. Enjoy your favorite beverage and breakfast as you choose to start this day with peace, quiet, and joy as you journal and start with eyes wide-open for the blessings to count throughout this day. 

Do all of this with and in your journal. 

When we start this day with stillness, we are far more ready for everything we face today.

Be still in the morning for a bit, with your journal. 

Ready yourself to look around for the blessings through your day, even as life happens and 2do lists are checked off or carried over to the next day.

This is the best way to set yourself up for the day ahead.
