A Journaling Thought:
The journal is a place of refuge and is a safe and sacred space.
Take out your journal and open it.
Take a step and enter your journal.
Enter the place of refuge and strength.
Enter the safe and protected place.
Step into the sacred space.
Be intentional (purposeful) about being fully present is this place of peace, serenity, and quiet.
Now, breathe slowly and be fully there as you journey inward and journal.
Do this every time you journal.
