Do a SOC of anything and everything that's on your mind. Of things you need or want to do. Of the things that you need to let go. Of the thoughts that keep coming to mind. Do this for 10 minutes first thing in the morning. (Find out how to do a SOC here.)

Do A SOC of one journaling prompt or question found on this blog or somewhere else. Do this for 10 minutes. Do this third thing in the morning and for 10 minutes

Three to twenty-five blessings.
Journaling an extended past memory. In other words, write out a past memory. You might do a SOC of this for ten minutes. (Preferred/Ideal: Do three of these each day.)
