MORNING

  • Do a SOC of anything and everything that's on your mind. Of things you need or want to do. Of the things that you need to let go. Of the thoughts that keep coming to mind. Do this for 10 minutes first thing in the morning. (Find out how to do a SOC here.)
  • Do a SOC of what you are grateful for. Do this the second thing in the morning and do it for 10 minutes
  • Do A SOC of one journaling prompt or question found on this blog or somewhere else. Do this for 10 minutes. Do this third thing in the morning and for 10 minutes
  • How are you right now?
  • List 5 blessings in your life today:
  • How is your day today?
  • What have you done so far today?
  • What do you hope to get done today?
  • How can you make today a good day?
  • Focus for today  
  • How was your day yesterday
  • 1-word summary for yesterday
  • 1-sentence summary for yesterday
  • 4-sentence summary for yesterday
  • 2do (to-do) list for today
  • 2do list for this week
  • 2do list for this month
  • 2do list for this quarter
  • 2do list for the next 6 months
  • 2do list for the next year
SOMETIME TODAY
  • Do 2 more SOCs of journaling prompts for 10 minutes each
  • 2do list for the next 5 years
  • 2do list for the next 10 years  
  • 2do list for the next 20 years  
  • Three to ten past memories.
  • Three to twenty-five blessings.
  • Journaling an extended past memory. In other words, write out a past memory. You might do a SOC of this for ten minutes. (Preferred/Ideal: Do three of these each day.)
